Una volta che il tuo reso sarà stato approvato ed elaborato, riceverai una mail di conferma. I rimborsi vengono effettuati entro 15 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento degli articoli da parte del nostro Atelier. L'importo verrà accreditato sul metodo di pagamento iniziale, nella stessa valuta utilizzata per l'ordine.
