Posso annullare o modificare il mio ordine?
Una volta confermato, l'ordine viene immediatamente inviato in preparazione al nostro Atelier. Pertanto, non può più essere modificato o annullato. Tuttavia, una volta ricevuto l'ordine, hai 14 giorni di tempo per richiedere il reso (diritto di recesso) di tutti o parte degli articoli presenti nell'ordine. Avrai quindi altri 15 giorni per restituire l'articolo/gli articoli. Dal rimborso del tuo ordine, verranno detratti 7 € per le spese di reso.
