What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please select “Damaged/Defective Item” as the reason when creating your return.
Please also provide a brief description of the issue and a picture. This will help us assess the issue and process your return as quickly as possible.
 
Please note that if an item is returned without the appropriate return reason being selected, and the item is found to be damaged or used upon receipt, the return may not meet our return policy requirements. In this case, the item will be returned to you.
